- YKYanni Kam5 days ago4.0Came to Zizzi for the £1 main promo. Christian served us today professionally. Food was decent with free hot choco 😋. Nice dine out after a long day. A little down side was no air con or relative higher temperature inside the restaurant.
- SSSshhhMay 18, 20261.0I visited here to use my birthday reward. Firstly the cutlery was dirty. Secondly the lady who served us wasn't welcoming and it felt odd being here. There was no plates given with our noodles and pizza. I asked for take away plastic container and she said they dont have no more. I asked for a take away cup for hot chocolate to buy and she also said again they dont do take away cups. We wernt offered the complimentary pasta crisp as it was mentioned on the online survey. I felt my birthday meal was ruined. I definitely wouldn't visit here again. As the other branches are much better. I didn't take this further to management as I felt let down the moment I walked in and got my table.

When it was time to pay, they didn’t even give me the bill to check what I was being charged for — they just handed me the card machine. On top of that, every time we called the staff, they kept saying “one second” and made us wait forever. Very poor service overall.
